Curb appeal is the first impression of your home; make sure the lawn is cut and fertilized.
Maximize your landscaping visual effects as much as possible (without overspending) via planted shrubs, seasonal flowers, etc.
Point up, sand and spackle all damaged or stained wall areas. Prime with a stain-hiding paint such as Kilz.
Add a fresh coat of paint through main living areas and where you primed. Paint trim with semigloss in a noticeably brighter color than the walls. This will clean and brighten up living areas.
