Greg Katz

Russell Arkin and Associates is pleased to have Greg Katz on our team. For the past twelve years, Greg has lived in Arlington.  He shares with his clients a wealth of knowledge about Arlington,  McLean and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Before joining Russell Arkin & Associates, Greg received an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Notre Dame and worked as a top producing agent for the past five years.  Greg founded a real estate investor group and oversees several properties for the group. His unique set of skills as an MBA include negotiation, keenly determining the true value of a property and working for his buyers from that prospective, investment return, running the numbers so his investors have a clear picture of what to expect for their profit margin and a clear vision of the ever changing market.  Greg is a savvy professional who concentrates on providing a comprehensive service to each of his clients.
