Adjustable Commission Scale

Different transactions require different levels of research, follow through, representation, consulting etc., and we feel it is only fair to have our rates adjust accordingly. Currently buyer representation is standardized at 3%, even if the Realtor doesn’t do any work! Here’s our scale:

We sell your home first, and find you another.
This is a special offer for clients whose home we have just sold. We will refund 1% of the sales price of your new home at closing. No questions asked. This program saves customers an average of $8,500 in our market place based on last years sales averages.
You find the home on your own while under a Buyer Brokerage agreement
Great Job! This happens at times. You see the perfect home for sale not listed on the MLS, on a Sunday drive, and it’s all works out. Russell’s team will still represent you, help with the closing, walk-through, contract etc. However, because we were not the procuring cause of the sale we are willing to cut our commission in half! Chances are we still put a lot of hard work into finding your home, but as part of this program we will in this case refund 1.5% to your settlement! This would not apply to non-MLS listed homes where we have provided you with information about those homes such as homes For Sale by Owner
We find you a home that we have listed
If you purchase a home listed by Russell Arkin, we will refund $5,000 at settlement. No questions asked.
We find you a home listed on the MLS or through other means.
You pay our standard fee of 3% as a new customer, for repeat customers see Customer Advantage Program, and save up to 1.5%
We find you a home, and you have used our team in the past

Each day, our team will search for homes that match your exact requirements. This is done through reviewing new and existing inventory, sourcing our builder network, Realtor Networks, foreclosures, unlisted properties and more. After our team looks through the best options we will email you daily with property information, or set up a meeting to go over the properties in person and schedule tours.

It’s your Move, but we got the bill!

If you use our affiliate movers, your move is on us! Well at least a good chunk of it. Our goal is to help our clients through the entire process, and that includes your move in. For each client, depending upon the value of their purchase the Russell Arkin Team will contribute up to $1,000 towards your moving expenses.
